I have twice encountered a game crash during save. These may or may not be bugs at all, but both times it occured was after using Horn of Fear. (And monster fleeing)
However, this seems to be not easily reproducable. (Until the reason of crash is discovered)

Forgot to mention...
The crash doesn't ruin the savefile, you can resume the game from the last saved position.

More crashes
I've encountered more of this mysterious crash. This time on the Demons & Chaos-level. Saving near the stairs is OK, but when everytime (2 times now!) I've gone into the fire, (possibly hurt a demon), and saved: Crash!
