Walking backwards crash (level 8, v0.12)

I reported this in v0.11, and it happened exacxtly the same way this time too
I was confronted by a ghoist and giggler near the three switches that toggle the three pits on level 8. I was running hastily back, and as soon as i walked backwards onto the switch, the game crashed

My facing could have (not sure, i was rushing away fast) meant i was about to drop the giggler down the pit, while the ghost would have stayed uptop...i don't know if this would cause a problem?
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!

I can't seem to find the right place on the level. Is there any chance you can give an x.y co-ordinate (from DMute or whatever) for the offending tile and I can look into it some more?

Since i was scrambling about, there are two possibe places:

1) 33,25, 7 walking backwards onto the switch there from the north

2) 39, 28, 7, walking backwards from the east - this might be more likely since a ghost came at me, and there is a ghost generator being activated there

As i said, i have tried to mimick it both times i've had it without success (this vesion and last), the only thing i can think is about activating a pit under creatures with two different reactions to it (the ghost and giggler).
