Hint Oracle with multiple save game (v14)

When using the Hint Oracle, if you have multiple save games, the Hint Oracle background is displayed briefly before a Select Save Game dialogue box appears. It looks really weird, and would be better if the Hint Oracle didn't appear at all until a save game has been selected.
