Reposting percentage pads

I suggested it amoungst a mass of other things, so I wanted to highlight it. The idea is having a pressure pad type, that had a percentage chance of not activating each time it is stepped on.
Uses - adding a randomness to monster generators, creating an area that might not open up for champions (so that dungeons can be different on playing each time), having several pads for a trap that all have a chance to activate so it's harder to pin down the trigger. The list can go on : )
