Pit crash(CSB/0.16)

In the SFTQ-room, when I pick up the axe, and then accidentally fall into a pit, the game crashes. Done the same twice now; Due to the minimal amount of spare time, I wouldn't want to test this dozens of times. It's a bug.

do you pick up the mace first?
There was a bug (testible easier at the hidden area of suppleis for the quick) where if an object in this area is teleported back up onto a pit tile that is opened, the game crashes.
You can see this by tripping the vorpal blde pit, then when it closes trip it again before the blade comes back...if you don't, all is good, if you do, crash city...
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!
