Bad monster position

Bad monster position

In RTC CSB .21 I found bad monster positioning. Oiutus and Water Elementals should be defined as one-monster-per-tile creatures. It seems RTC tries to put 2 (maybe 4?) oituses or water elementals on the single tile, see my screenshots:

For my already posted bugs that monsters could enter teleports they should not enter, my screenshot from the CSB starting room with worm in blue haze is here:
