I've got about 15 or so new champion portraits that I have made, four of which can be received by downloading the dmuted dungeon Parlous. The others will be availible once I have finished the dungeon I've been working on AND there is an editor of some sort that can change portraits in the mirrors. I also have made most of the Theron's quest champions and I have completed Het Farvil from DM2. If you are interested in any of those let me know and I can put them in a folder to download from the misc. file download section, or email them to you. If you are interested in the other portraits that I made I could send some of them to you as well I guess.
If you download Dmute, you can create your own champion portraits!

I don't know what photoshop is and I don't think they can be loaded in RTC, however I'll still be happy to send most of what I have.

RTC uses .bmp, so he means he can use photoshop to alter any of the pictures to the correct format
If you check out links from the DM Java forum there was a website with many new portraits for that game - all in .gif format
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO MADE THE GAME WHAT IT WAS - GREAT!

Wow sweet. I'll have to try that out. How do you change the portraits so they will be present in RTC? Do you copy over the original portrait or what?

Lol, don't know
at worst you could create new champions with new bitmap files and do a quick edit of the dm/csb.txt files and recomplie...best to ask in the RTC forum...

The way to change the portraits in RTC is to just go into the "Portrait" folder, make new bmp's or alter the old ones (we got that part down). You go to the Hall of Mirrors, pick your champs, and then Save and Quit. When you load it back up just click on the scroll - Make New Adventure, and add your party members (like you have to do for Chaos Strikes Back). You can then "Edit - Load New Portrait" and it will bring you to the directory where you can pick your new bmp's. You can also change the color of the bars (for health, mana, etc.), RTC has some cool lookin fading ones.
