Burning the MegaCD ISO

I've downloaded the MegaCD ISO for Dungeon Master II and I've also downloaded the mp3s. I've managed to burn the ISO to a CD but of course it has no music. How do you add the mp3 music files to the CD to go alongside the ISO file? I'm using Nero to burn the CD.
