Can't get to dragon

Help me please... i can't seem to get to the dragon ... i'm stuck on the part where you get the helmet of darc etc. I have gotten the firestaff though ... and i want to have that gem to put on the staff to kill chaos ...

You don't need to do the helm part, that area is just a distraction to get a few nice items...if you have the firestaff, then you can go back to where you got the third RA key, and just carry onwards from there, fighting a few critters through the corridor and just trying to find the path - there are no more 'get this item press that button' puzzles to solve to reach the end, its very straightforward to get to the stairwell to level 13 and chaos. If you then find the stair down away from his level, you will get to the lowest level, and the dragon and powergem are all waiting for you

i spontaneous remember 3 ways to get to the last two levels, so i think, you will find one sooner or later. the closest to you should be near the area where you found the master key, another close one requires the winged key, which you might have found when going for the firestaff. the third one is on the level of the firestaff itself.

Three ways to get to level 14 (the Red Dragon's lair) - take the stairs down from level 13 in Lord Chaos's room, take the central stairway (you need the Winged Key), or fall/throw yourself down a pit in Lord Chaos's room.
