What editor are you referring to? I presume you mean the editor that comes with RTC?
If it is RTC, then there is a whole forum for RTC questions below. Let me know so that I can move your post to the right place.
To answer your question, if you are referring to RTC: there are no new graphics sets available yet. I started work on one a long time ago but got bored because I couldn't do some of the things I wanted. Cowsmanaut also has some graphics, but they aren't finished yet.
Have a look in the RTC Editing forum for hints on how to put your own graphics into the game.
