Sort of linked to my last post.

A question about STA.

Why is it that certain characters suffer STA drops whilst sleeping? whats DM doing here ?

Anyone know?

Regenerating mana uses up stamina. Some characters have high wisdom and lots of mana, but little stamina (like Tiggy). The mana they used returns quickly, so their stamina is used up fast as well. Sleeping just speeds this up.

That's not the answer Autom was looking for.

Stamina depletion is a some factor of the Vitality score -- lower vitality = slower regeneration of stamina + higher food deplation = stamina drops while sleeping.

but also the mana thing - i've killed a character in testing a dungeon by boosting their mana but not inflating their stamina
I'm not sure if health regen also takes some stamina
