DM 2, related games and configuration

G'day guys and girls,

firsly great site. Unreal to see so many DM fans around the globe, a worthy fan base for such an incredible game.

Anyhow, down to business. Lucky enough to find my old DM 2 CD in good nick, was just wondering about installing the bugger. I had a look through previous posts and have attempted configuring my dosbox to what was recommended, yet no luck! any idea's?

and secondly. The home of the underdogs associates eye of the beholder (1,2,3) as a comparison to DM. What do you reckon? any other games that anyone can recommend that are similiar?
