Getting all 4 keys of B

I'm at the end of CSB, got all 4 corbums, complete Ra and Dragon plates etc, but alas, I only have 3 keys of B, so I am unable to unlock the "musical lock" at level 00.

I think the only key of B I didn't get is the one on the Priest path ("Pray for a miracle"). Does anybody know how to reach this particular spot ? I don't really understand how the junction of the ways works... It keeps sending me back to the Vexirks lair or to the Oitus and Screamers room.

Each of the ways has two teleporters that turn on for an instant
every few seconds. You want to get to the second teleporter.
Put something down in front of you. If it does not disappear in a
few seconds, pick it up, go forward, and repeat. When it does
disappear you have a second, while it is off, to step forward
through the first teleporter and into the second. Wait a couple
seconds to be sure you have teleported and you will be near
an Altar that contains the key.

BTW there's a 5th key of b which a thief carries
