GAME: Falling on a frozen monster doesn't cause it to die

Post by DragonsLover »

Well, I can't say it's a bug, it's more something that should work and that it doesn't in RTC.

Of course, when you fall in a pit and that there's a monster right under, the monster is supposed to get away one space from the place you land.

But, when you freeze the monster by a magic box and then after, you fall on it using a pit, the monster is supposed to die because it can't move (it is frozen)! In RTC, the frozen monster move one step away instead to be dead.

In DM, it is supposed to be like this!

In fact, it's a trick to kill the red dragon easily!

hello? : )

I hadnt' realised that creatures did the teleporter shuffle for pits too
Umm, yes , in principle I would agree you should be able to at least damage the critter when you land on it. Though it shouldn't be an instant kill - it would be nice if you just did a variable amount of damage and the creature is knocked out of the way - perhaps 30 - 40 points per party member, with a modifier if any are in the yellow/red weight wise...
