FTL Official Dungeon Master Hint Disk ??

Post by dungeon.master »

Hello,

there is an Official Hint Disk in CSB.

there is an unofficial Dungeon Master Hint Disk (http://dmweb.free.fr/Downloads/DMAtariSTHints.rar)

Ok, but does someone knows something about an FTL Official Dungeon Master Hint Disk ??

i just saw a screenshot on a french magazine : TILT number 65, page 18 (you can find it on http://www.abandonware-magazines.org/af ... =28&page=4)

the image show a hint for level 13.

I remember there was an editor pack for dm released that contined a book of hints and maps of all the levels and a disk that allowed you to alter the dungeon layout in a similar way to dmute but with less options.

i.e. you could open/close all secret walls - open/close all doors - give all doors buttons - add/remove passages

thanks,

i know the pack you mentionned.

but it's not the disk i'm searching.

the disk i'm talking about is very similar to the Official FTL CSB hint disk.

Interesting -- I never heard any mention of that in any of my research! Something to follow up for sure!

I uploaded the single page for those who can't download the 77Mb archive:

Thanks Gambit for the link, i must have done it

the magazine is dated April 1989, and if i remember, CSB was not yet released at this time ?

maybe FTL developped this hint disk first for DM, and gave up when other tools (magazines and unofficial hint disks) were released ?
