GAME: (maybe?) ON_AND_OVER triggers and monster items

Basically, items carried by monsters don't trip triggers, even if they're set to ON_AND_OVER. I'm not sure if this intended, or not, though.
If it is, is there some other way to have a trigger activated by items a monster is carrying?

Interesting - I'd never considered what should happen if a monster carries and item. I guess it should be the same as if it was carried by the party...

I wouldn't want the on_and_over to be expanded this way though - usually you set events because the party has earned an item, not because the boss monster carrying it has walked over the spot - can this be a seperate trigger type?

I agree with beowuuf, this should be an extra parameter for monster activation.

You could always just have a constant weight, opby monster trigger on top of it, that deactivates it when a monster is standing on it.
Of course, that requires more stuff, so it's not quite as good, but it'd save from having to add a bunch more trigger types.
