[Done for V0.36] Action/Attack method on convert or break

This is the obvious reverse of "boost by object" and would be handy for any number of things:

- Potions that can then activate triggers when drunk
- Potions that cast spells or do multiple things when drunk
- Cursed food supplies that do various bad things
- Arrows that cause an explosion on impact (but don't look to be destroyed)

Done all of this for V0.36 (and added loads more hooks for actions)
