In original DM these boost hidden priest skills. Am I right in thinking they do absolutely diddly-squat in RTC?

I think they still boost hidden skills in RTC - I seem to remember it being mentioned before, and that various other items also affect hidden stats and/or skills.

I'm pretty sure that they do exactly what they are supposed to do in RTC too, boosting hidden priest/wizard skill. However George might give you a definite verification of this.
