[Fixed for V0.41] Convert unequip crashes

[Fixed for V0.41] Convert unequip crashes

New Object of Unequip of Convert of ARROW was set to STAR.
And, it crashes when the party is made to actually equip it with ARROW and
equipment is removed.
Please forgive poor English.
