[Fixed for V0.45] YaBro spell too short

[Fixed for V0.45] YaBro spell too short

Oh, and if we are about logarithmic spell durations - I think they are all quite ok and well balanced, except for 1 spell - the YaBro potion, its duration is still way to short.
