This peice speaks of the epic struggle of man against dragon against free society. Where the unseen dragon represents the work still unfinished yet looming.. somewhere beyond the stack of papers in front of you. There is annother message more subtle and haunting here too that sings "be at rest in the hands of mophus, let him hold you.... closely... and show you his tenderness" it is this message though that, while tender holds a different meaning... "Lock your children and yourself in the cellar until he's left".

one often wonders in such an image... where are his hands.. and why is he smiling?

we do, you're in it right now.. scroll back to previous posts and you will find a number of short stories written by DM fans.. as well there are fan related fictions about the origins of many of the heroes of DM on my old site.. though I think mophus to date has been avoided.

I was thinking of revitalising the site and moving it's content.. but despite those intentions have not done so yet..
