Where are the runes?

Hi there,

I'm currently at lvl4 but can't make healing potions and as a result both of my front line fighters are injured in every possible place.

Have I missed the healing potion rune?

Yeah, if oyu're playing RTC-DM rather than Original DM then you need to find the runes on scrolls and stick 'em in the spellbook. I just looked on the Encyclopaedia and the Vi rune scroll is apparently on Level 2 (taking the HoC as Level 1), so yeah, you have missed it :(.

The healing runes are in the first large room of level 2, in the small offshoot that has a few potion flasks, a rat drunkstick, and the scrolls for healing and anti-venom
