Steampunkonline, a call for artists

Post by steampunkonline »

Good evening ladies and gentlemen,

We - the creators of Steampunkonline) looking for artists for our on-line game, Steampunkonline. ( http://www.steampunkonline.com )
Like the name of the game says it's an on-line game with a steampunk theme.
The project lay flat for a while since we didn't have any artists, but we started working at it again either way.
We still do need artists, because when we get further in our development stage we need art, obviously.
The pay will be none to start, but if we make some money we might be able to pay artists in the future.

We're so close to having a stable game engine working, and we have sample images that we borrowed from your beloved 'Dungeon Master Java'. So we have the game engine working mostly - but we're in dire need of graphic designers to make proper SteamPunk images for us.

The game will resemble Dungeon Master Java when it comes to how you see everything, so we are in need of wallsets and images of monsters, weapons, etcetera.

If you're interested in contributing to the SteamPunkOnline project or got questions, please email eliia AT steampunkonline DOT com or vanseverk AT hotmail DOT com.

Thanks in advance,
Kristof, co-leader of Steampunkonline

Hi Kristof

It was good to meet you on the chat the other day.

I'm sorry if you've not had any response to your query -- this doesn't necessarily mean that people aren't interested, simply that they can't offer help because they are too busy with other projects. That's generally the situation for most of the creative people who are using this forum.

Best wishes

Matt
