Fullscreen mode is weird
DSB does some very odd stuff when going into fullscreen mode. I get my Windows mouse cursor sitting over the top (and it doesn't move) and I also get the Windows start button sitting in the bottom left hand corner. It does a lot of bizarre mode switching and flickering while trying to go full screen too. I wonder if any of this can be improved?

Unfortunately, a lot of this is probably Windows and/or your video driver trying to cope with the admittedly ancient (DirectX 7 based!) video mode that DSB is trying to assert. I'll also confess to having mostly given up on full screen mode when I switched to an LCD whose native resolution made DSB's fullscreen mode look horrible.

Darn. It's very much too small playing it in a window on a modern massive screen.

Re: Fullscreen mode is weird
How about an option to play it in a 1280x960 window?
It'll be even more pixelly than normal, but the advantage is that it should be fast enough to do that on a modern computer, and might look better.

Re: Fullscreen mode is weird
That would be great
It's a shame you can't do proper fullscreen though -- I find it makes for a much more immersive experience if I don't have all my desktop crap showing. That stuff does rather take you out of the gaming experience.
EDIT: I just discovered I can hide all my desktop icons in Win 7, so a larger windowed version of DSB would be fine
