Welcome Silenoz,
Put any RTC files you download into the ‘Modules’ folder.
When you run RTC.exe they will appear on your list of dungeons.

What Saumun said is correct regarding how to get an RTC dungeon to work. Note that if you don't actually have RTC yet, you can download it from George Gilbert's site...I recall the address is ragingmole.com/rtc
