How do I get out of this place with the purple monsters? Gando's about to die of thirst!
I did it before, but I had more keys. All I've got now is one gold, one iron, one emerald, and I think what I need is a square one. The stairwell is closed, and so is the wooden door in the main room. No idea ...

Meanwhile, can you tell me how to get 2 corbums with gando or 2 staves with zed? I can't figure it out. Maybe pm me if you don't want to say here?

Alright, I threw all 4 pieces of Halk's armor in the void pit, but the council guy down the strairs urges me to be wise and go back and destroy the armor. Whether I do or not, he says don't take a step further cuz it's perilous or somethign and then the game ends. Is that what's supposed to happen ...

i think it would rather help to solve the cellar map, the one the fountain gave you.

Sounds like it would be easier to write an OS from scratch to me =]. If I were Chewbacca, I would think it would be easier to write a program that edits CSBWin dungeon.dat files (only the character information section) than to attempt to continue with the code from hell Paul Stevens has ...

I think you have pin-pointed the problem.
The reason there is no character editor is that
there is no code. To send or to tinker.


If there is no code then how come CSBWin doesn't crash when you click 'utility'?

Basically the engine gets expanded with new things when Paul knows that dungeon makers will actually use them, not just ask for something nice sounding. Zyx has asked for a few things, and got them, and used them and bugtested them, and now we all get alot of cool stuff to play around with that ...

Well I finished 2 of the main quests with the same party, and a whole bunch of the subquests. Never even heard of a treator, never found a cerberus, much less a fiery one. Missing the shield and feet for dragon armor. Didn't get circus prize 99 either. So I guess I have... 93 points, I think. Is it ...

What's all this about code? Is this an integration of a custom dungeon with WinCSB or something? Or did ConfluxII have custom code as well? I thought he managed to do all that with just Dmute or CSBuild or whatever.

Sorry, just to clarify, I'm talking about the kill the council quest.

Leif and Iaido are way openers, while Zed and Gando are information givers.

To get an audience with the council, you should find more hints in jails. You can try to reach the remaining cells by falling into them from above ...
