Re: Conflux III discussion thread - potential spoilers
I go back to this game every other year or so. It never gets boring. A few possible problems I've run into in the Wip004 version.
1. Soap and Water area is cleared but no passage opens up to the next area of the apprentice room.
2. All enemy and neutral projectiles explode. I have to really slow ...

Re: Dead Island : Anyone playing this buggy game?
I've played this on Xbox and the save system doesn't delete weapons so much as it deletes entire saves. Five of my seven games have become corrupt for seemingly no reason whatsoever. Needless to say, I stopped playing and won't play it again unless the save system is completely changed and corrected.

Stuck in the area you pray to Libra. The wall had closed. I guess I moved forward very quickly by mistake and then moved back through the fake wall (with Mon fireballs that were visible and not just audible) and the wall that closes (moves forward as you move and launches rocks or boulders) blocked ...

First time that ever happened (Mon fireball accompaniment as well). My job will make it incredibly difficult to make a recording so don't expect anything any ...

Great video. I completely forgot about that item. I only use it in a small area in hell and nowhere else (for challenging purposes) so I usually disregard them. I still have about 28 points left to get before I want to finish my cursed guild game. Those four have been through a lot.

I loaded up my old save from nearly a year ago and gave it another try. I found a way through the Emerald Forest with the Cursed Guild but now I am stuck at a dead end with an alcove and another riddle(?) I haven't solved. There is also a teleporter in the forest I can't reach. Has anyone else ever ...

Re: Conflux III discussion thread - potential spoilers
Has anyone gotten the cursed guild ending yet? Inspite of the many hints and clues the Bone Doll gives, I can't figure out where it is. I thought it might have been in the Emerald forest or the area with a bunch of trees and an unworkable skull key carving and water fountain at the end but I am ...

@ Troggy: That's what I thought. I just wasn't sure if they were supposed to do that. One of them for sure makes sense that it does that because of what it is supposed to be, but the others never did that in the past. I'll add that information to the wiki page.

I would argue that the Swift Death dagger is worth wielding for a small amount of time to kill a tough enemy, or at least poison it.

Re: Conflux III discussion thread - potential spoilers
Finally made it to the forges but I certainly wouldn't say it was easy especially since I rather plant those monsters than kill them. It was nearly purely accident that I found it . The Funereal weapons seem to have a very negative trade-off in this version and are therefore useless. If anyone else ...

Re: Conflux III : too difficult ?
@ Quellar: The Antmen (Trollins) have the same weakness as they did in the other DM games and behave relatively the same way, i.e. if you kill one from a group of four, the other three have a good chance of retreating.

For beginners there should be something like a FAQ or a "first steps" compendium. Things like
- "don't do what you like, but what you can"
- "if you find a perfect training area, be aware that easy gains raise to difficult"
- "don't reincarnate"
Also add:
- "Rags dropped from rats can be sewn ...

The only conceivable use that it could have would be to take away a character so that you could get another one, but by the time you get it your characters are already very strong, and having a new char would be crippling.
