Then I will tell you three things. Three clues. The first thing I will tell you is that there’s a man in a smiling bag.

Doctor's a plumber, luv it.... Flinstones... Frantic City, under the board walk, dancing girls. Dewsy is the parrots name. I think that shows age, don't mean it as an insult WZ, I'm getting up there as well.

Re: Favorite One Liners
Looks like nobody is able to identify my series of quotes including the three clues. Dear, oh dear, where were you at the beginning of the 1990s? It's the series! I think I'll have to re-watch it myself, but only in the autumn because it's the best season to get the mood for it.
Got it recorded on VHS from TV (in Czech) and then saved to AVI, poor quality but brings back memories. There are funny interferences from other programmes and also from various domestic electrical appliances that were partly jamming the signal.
Spoiler
Twin Peaks

Heard of it, Jan, but never watched it. I don't seem to be very good at getting these unless they're from an animated film or something

Re: Favorite One Liners
If anyone wants a clue on mine, it's the first line spoken in English by the character and is said in a tone which has a certain amount of surprised indignation as the person in question has just had something done to them unexpectedly, the result of which they evidently don't particularly approve of, even though said action saved their life (though they do acknowledge this shortly afterward).

Re: Favorite One Liners
The Doctor one is presumably from one of the Star Treks, and therefore most likely Bones or the Doctor (aka EMH)

Ameena, it's not Bones however that is a good guess, it is space related.

Live action or puppets?
I ask because the only ones that may pertain to the "mechanical moron" (that i ever saw in black n' white as a kid), were Lost in Space or Fireball XL5.

You win the prize Saumun. I watched black and white before colour was mainstream, and if it were colour anyway it was a B&W TV. Then Star Trek came out and a new TV, Colour at the time was still new and it was mainly cartoons, Gilligan's Island turned colour, many shows turned colour. last one
