take the animated transparent GIF from DM Encyclopedia http://dmweb.free.fr/Images/DMCreatures/LordChaos.gif for example, load it in ImageReady (not Photoshop), you can extract the layer you want and you can blend it with any background (File -> Edit in Photoshop).. and yeehaaaa..
