Has anyone killed Solune using weapons and spells? I've killed him by another way with my cursed party and I'm not receiving points for the cerebus. Because of that, I've decided to try and kill him the old fashioned way so I just want to make sure I'm not just wasting my time. I'm only trying this so I can get the points.
103 points for my cursed party if anyone else wants to compare.

Me again, I have two more questions. In the dragons lair, how do you get the gate door open to the cartographer? In the room Solune Alchimist how do you get the bag without being traped in by the force field, and any other hints about this room will be greatly appreceated. thanks (from the spud from idaho)

Torture chamber has a shortcut to the emerald level that can save you about six keys and 8 gems.
Which dragon den are you referring to? What color is the dragon?
The trapped area has an eye on the wall. Use something that a wizard could always have with them to free yourself. As for other hints in the room, there is a scroll that vaguely gives a hint about how to get five points. There is a shortcut that leads to this room from the Pit D area.

There is a imaginary wall you walk in, there is a switch on the wall that opens a wall right beside you, that is where my gate is at. I have the master key, done all that, this is a different part in the same level that talks about a cartographer. thanks for your help anyway. I figured out the one hint you gave me.

I don't recall which level speaks of the cartographer. I only remember finding his bones at the feet of Vecna. Basically I have no idea where you are at. I only found two dragons that had young dragons with them; the one where you get the master key, and the forrest dragon. Could you explain how you got where you're at?

If you are referring to guild leader endings then you need to start over to access the different endings if you want all four. If you are referring to the non-guild endings, there is a way to trigger the points without triggering the game ending. For example, if you open all the throben doors and don't go down to where the prisoner is held, stepping in the last doorway will trigger the points, but going down the stairs will trigger the ending. You can also avoid the guild game endings and still get the points. At least I think you can. I have not finished Leyla's ending but I finished the other three.
Solune is found in the Pit D area. The bottom has a stone dragon. If you skip the giggler teleporter area and head up the many stairs you'll come across his location. You have to open a pillar to untrap him I believe.

I tried another game with Zed alone (so far) and I am still not getting points for Solune's cerebus, and the weapons only alcove didn't work for this save either.
I found a Sar key in the spider level I didn't know about before and I finally found the egg chamber too. It's amazing that I've played this long and I'm still finding new stuff out. The Power Gem can invoke, you can kiss your cerebus pets, you can pray to Libra in the beginning, ect. I have planted so many spitter trees it's amazing (best place is the path through the white chambers).

There isn't a point to it but why not? Place them over monster generators and enjoy. I can walk through the dwarven crypt all I want with a powergem and not trigger anything. I certainly can't imagine other people doing this. It's just one of the many things I enjoy about Conflux, so I'm going to utilise it. I've already played the game destroying nearly everything that's possible. Now I'm trying other stuff in my new game while finding out monster types based on the Tab/Statistics.

That's GREAT!Place them over monster generators and enjoy.

Can you send me a savegame in which you
have done a lot of this sort of thing? I'd
like to see what the timer queue looks like.
Perhaps I better modify CSBwin to not generate
a monster if there is already a monster on the
square. Otherwise the savegame is going to
fill up with queued entries that can never be
deleted.
What thinkest thou, Mr. Zyx? Or should we
figure out a way for these things to die of
old age? Any ideas?

What do you mean by reveals itself again? Smaug is dead and i've clicked pretty much every item you can find in his lair on every nook and cranny to no avail. There's one lock next to where i came out but neither of the keys i found in there worked. I can't get the door to open either and there was nothing relevant in the hint oracle. Maybe it's a bug? I have back up saves from ages back i could go to.
